About this beta and your information

Free access while we improve ParkThread

Invited testers can explore the Zion guide, planning resources and itinerary planner for free. Everyone in the beta shares one 30-day testing window. Testing an invitation or signing in early does not start that window.

The shared beta dates have not been announced yet. No purchase is required for this beta.

What we record

We use your account email to manage access. We save your trip answers and accepted itineraries so you can reopen them from My trips. We also collect your survey responses and basic records of how you use the planner to understand what works and what needs improvement.

Exact child ages are used while planning but are not kept in saved trip or feedback records. Where needed, we retain the age-group answers used to plan river activities. Please do not put names, home addresses, medical details, passwords or other sensitive information into survey text boxes.

After the beta

We plan to deactivate and delete the beta accounts and their saved itineraries after testing closes. Download any itineraries you want to keep. We will retain anonymized feedback and overall usage results for product research, rather than account-linked planning records. Future paid access will require a new account and purchase.
